The cheapest way to get the data is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. That would mean changing your package to either 10, 11, or 12. In general, the cost is $10.00 USD more for the data feed itself. Then you need to activate an exchange. The lowest cost option is $3.25USD per month, which gives you the Full CME Group. But if you need Market Depth, then lowest cost option is to enable the NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange which is $10.40 USD per month. The account that you are logged in with now is an Expired account. If you have a different account, then you would need to log in to the website using that Account Name so we can know when that account would expire and answer your questions. In general, you can see the status of your account on the Sierra Chart Website in the Control Panel for your account. You can access the Control Panel by selecting Help >> Account Control Panel from within your Sierra Chart software. I asked if the deadline for signing the contract, so that I would have access to the platform all the time, was the end of the first week of April. The contract says nothing about the price I have to pay. First, we need for you to login to the Support Board and post using your Active Sierra Chart Account Name. You can do this by selecting Help >> Support Board from within your Sierra Chart software. We need for you to do this first so we know what account you are referencing. As noted above, the account from which you have been posting is expired. First, your active Account Name with Sierra Chart is: AC127819. You should be logging into this support board with that Account Name. You can also access the Support Board by selecting Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart software and it will automatically log you in using the Account Name and Password that you used when you logged into the Sierra Chart software. Second, your account is setup for Package 3 from us (Sierra Chart). You are not currently getting any data from us. Therefore, you will need to ensure that you have at least $26.00 in your account (again, the account is AC127819) prior to April 10, 2021 in order to automatically renew on that date. You can add funds to your account by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit, where it will take you to the webpage to add funds. You can also access it through the following link and then logging in with your Sierra Chart Account and Password (make sure you use account AC127819): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit Third, you started this thread by asking about the cheapest way to get data for Oil futures, or the entire NYMEX. You are not currently setup to get data through us (Sierra Chart). I want to sign a contract to use Sierra in the cheapest option, data is provided by AMP. I asked AMP to send some of my money to Sierra, I am waiting for a reply from AMP.
