First, your active Account Name with Sierra Chart is: AC127819. You should be logging into this support board with that Account Name. You can also access the Support Board by selecting Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart software and it will automatically log you in using the Account Name and Password that you used when you logged into the Sierra Chart software. Second, your account is setup for Package 3 from us (Sierra Chart). You are not currently getting any data from us. Therefore, you will need to ensure that you have at least $26.00 in your account (again, the account is AC127819) prior to April 10, 2021 in order to automatically renew on that date. You can add funds to your account by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit, where it will take you to the webpage to add funds. You are not currently setup to get data through us (Sierra Chart). Therefore, if you do not want to make any changes to your data, then you would continue to get data from your existing source (we assume it is CQG).
