1. I trade only with NASDAQ and SMP500 Futures, why do get this notice on my account ( You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service.)

2. My system keeps shutting down evertime I want to add a contract to the existing trade, which forces me to logout and back in. this is not normal, can you please provide a solution.

1. You are getting that notice as you do not have any exchanges set to automatically renew on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are still getting Real-Time data from the Full CME Group and you will through the rest of this month. But it is not set to renew. If you want to have it automatically renew on April 1, 2021, then just select the Activate button for that exchange.

Or, if you are wanting to change exchanges on April 1, then just leave things as they are, and activate the appropriate exchange on April 1, 2021.


2. Can you please give us the exact steps you are taking when the program crashes.

Also, if you can be sure that the option for Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >> Save Message Log to File is Enabled, and then if you can reproduce the issue and then go to the Logs folder under the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\Sierra Chart) and attach the most recent Message Log to this thread, we can see if there is any information in there that can help us determine the problem.

How exactly are you adding the contract? This problem definitely should not occur. We need to determine what the issue is in your case.

There isn't too many steps to Buy a contract.
If I have 2 contracts and I want to add another contract, I press BUY,and as soon as I press BUY its auotmaticaly loges me off. and then I have to login again all over againg.

Hello,

Data feed keeps stoping and reloading 3 to 4 times a day. It usally loads once at the start of the program, But this has been happeing for the past few days.
How can I resolve this issue?? picture attached.

At the time you notice this we need to get the entire Message Log following these instructions:

Do periodically clear it so it is not so long:
