1. You are getting that notice as you do not have any exchanges set to automatically renew on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are still getting Real-Time data from the Full CME Group and you will through the rest of this month. But it is not set to renew. If you want to have it automatically renew on April 1, 2021, then just select the Activate button for that exchange.

Or, if you are wanting to change exchanges on April 1, then just leave things as they are, and activate the appropriate exchange on April 1, 2021.


2. Can you please give us the exact steps you are taking when the program crashes.

Also, if you can be sure that the option for Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >> Save Message Log to File is Enabled, and then if you can reproduce the issue and then go to the Logs folder under the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\Sierra Chart) and attach the most recent Message Log to this thread, we can see if there is any information in there that can help us determine the problem.
