1. I trade only with NASDAQ and SMP500 Futures, why do get this notice on my account ( You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service.) 2. My system keeps shutting down evertime I want to add a contract to the existing trade, which forces me to logout and back in. this is not normal, can you please provide a solution. Thank you, |
