Hi, i have a problem with data, i use CQG data feed, the data can only be seen in live, but only for some of the tools I use, the selection is random, I tried to delete the SCID file in the appropriate folder and the thing is fixed, but the second restart the problem returns the same ,I can see the data in realtime but only if I am connected in live, it does not let me see the data of 1 minute before accessing for example

You should be able to get 5 days of historical data from CQG, so we do not know why you are having the particular issue you are. We recommend asking your broker to make sure you are setup to get historical data for CQG.

But, we really recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, which includes many years of historical data. And since it is developed by us, it is setup to perform particularly well with Sierra Chart. You will find more information here:

i have tried to download new version of SC and Delete and Download SC again but the problem persist.. i don't know what that i do for this problem, but you can't say me much..

We have gone ahead and changed your package to Package 11 and added $3.25 to your account to pay for the "Full CME Group for NonProfessionals" exchange. This will allow you to get the Denali data for the remainder of the month at no charge.

We just need for you to complete the Denali Exchange Data Feed Agreements at this link:

Sorry but now and in the future I don’t pay more than package 5 true? 36$ per month my actually package, I actually pay 2$ a month for CQG data feed, my friend doesn’t problem that I have... I want to resolve this

In order to resolve the issue of the missing data, you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data feed. When you are paying $2.00 for CQG, you are not getting any Historical data, so you have that missing data.

We have set up your account to be able to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed at no cost for the remainder of this month. You just need to fill out and sign the agreements and then we can enable the "Full CME Group" for you.

This way you will be able to see how well the data from us works.

If you then want to stop using it next month, you can go back to Package 5 at $36.00 USD per month.

If you stay with the Denali Exchange Data Feed with the same exchange, then the total per month would be $49.25 ($46.00 for Package 11 and $3.25 for the exchange).

Ok, i stay with package 5(36€ a month), however the problem is not CQG but Sierra chart beacuse different friends now sent have problem and if I cancel a SCID every time before start SC problem is resolve, I pay for a service but I have a problem and you don’t search to resolve but you offer me a service not cheaper, i would that you resolve my problem... in first post there is an example of error!

Please understand we do not provide support for CQG data at all. Make a decision whether you want to continue with Sierra Chart or not. If you want reliable proper data for Sierra Chart you need to use our data feed (Denali Exchange Data Feed). Otherwise discontinue Sierra Chart. Our position is very firm on this.

We cannot struggle with CQG data issues. You need to use the Sierra Chart provided data feed.

And package 5 is not €36 a month. It is 36 USD a-month.

Yeah, but the problem is not CQG, is the platform that read wrong or save wrong the data.. I think this, because my friend with CQG doesn’t have the problem!!

and CQG say me that all working well on their side, say me that i will contact you and you contact CQG directly, or help me for resolving problem... you only help was selling me your data feed( it's perfect but i don't wnat use it now)

Sorry we are not going to respond to CQG in this regard. We are not going to get involved in that at all. We will ignore the request. This is plain dumb for us to be getting involved with this CQG data. Completely plain dumb and a waste of our time.

First we want to know if the data feed and historical data in Sierra Chart at this time is working properly for you now that you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed?

We want you to re-download the data in the chart following these instructions so all of the data is from our data feed:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

So we could not activate the exchange for you. So there is nothing further we can do to help you.

At some point we will be terminating support for CME data through CQG.
