You should be able to get 5 days of historical data from CQG, so we do not know why you are having the particular issue you are. We recommend asking your broker to make sure you are setup to get historical data for CQG. But, we really recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, which includes many years of historical data. And since it is developed by us, it is setup to perform particularly well with Sierra Chart.
