The platform is not responsive at all anymore, before it was due to the versione 2234 I rolled back to 2226 and it was better now it slow down with 226 too. I mean all the command are slow 4-5 seconds and also on the NQ charts the response to the price is very slow, while the response of the UErex feed it's ok. I check and if I open a browse of the the help support or any other or I make any action on the italian broker client server it work all fast as in the past, so it is not a network or a pc issue otherwise the slow motion should be on that program too.
Is is possible to have a remote assistance at your time convience to check whta' wrong?
thx
Alberto
another info looking to reaources monitoring of window I saw that the paltform is for istant becoming not responding and this is going on as a routine each x seconds, but cpu is on average 23% and as said no issue on any orther program on the pc and sierra is working on a dedicated SSD disk.
Update: close reopen the platform it's for now fine. All the issue started in synk with the move from SC rotuing service where I had as primary server server3 frankfurth and now I'm on SC all services. Hope this help you to understand what can be. I will monitoring and let you know.

The issue could not be with newer versions. There must be some other explanation in your case. Refer to help topic 30:

I would try:

1)
Test Safe mode. A third-party study may have an increased load in higher versions.

2)
Look in the message log if a some procedure is not repeated regularly (cycle of the same messages)

3)
Compare the difference between "chart load days" large number and small number. This will tell you if deceleration is an internal process inside your computer or by repeatedly querying the remote side.
There are also freeware programs that show you network activity with a statement of how often and where and how much data upload / download data is sent ...

4)
Try setting up a different stock market. This is not a joke. I know what you're trading. But this way you will find out if there is a problem in connecting to a specific exchange.

5)
The Sierrachart program had a problem in several versions back with antivirus programs. I would really try to give an exception to the sierrachart folder in your antivirus so that it does not test it, because even cyclic testing of Sierrachart can slow down your working process.

6)
I'm in contact with several hundred traders from around the world (you know) but I know this issue from you. No one else has a similar problem yet.

Thank you Ackin thank SC. Well I will go deep to check but what is strange is that after the disconnection, closing and reopen the platform now is performing and all the issue started after the passage from SC rounting services with primary server 3 to Sc all services. I was confused by version 2234 since in the mean time the day before I did made the upgrade from 2226. I'm monitoring the performance.

Do you use DOM?

There is probably a bug in version 2233 (I assume in a higher version as well).

Yes I use DOM but again it's very strange today it's not perfect but definally no more flash not responding in the monitoring tool since the reconnection of this morning, my opinion somthing was wrong in the TCP/IP or DTC protocol to the server, once reset worked fine. If in the next 2 days it will not happen again it's solved, if it comes out again something wrong will be in the sotfware side.

Ok, I've been connected to someone else's to remote desktop and I've seen jumps in motion combined with DOM. The response was then a few seconds exactly as you also described ... after removing the DOM, everything is fine .... We have not yet been able to find what exactly is causing it ....
