Sirra chart freezing & huge data lag on charts

Hi I'm having an issue where Sierra keeps on getting frozen, as it if it is not connected to the server properly and constant issue huge data lag in my charts (RANGE and minute charts). for e.g. on the MES price data on the chart just stalls for few seconds and then starts moving again. Please let me know if there are any issues that are happening with the Server i'm connected with? I simply cannot trade with so much lag, and the whole platform just freezing every few seconds. This was working ok few days ago but noticing this since yesterday. Please see file attached showing my connection to servers, and my chart interval settings. My internet connection is direct wired i.e. no wifi. And its very high speed top of the notch. My computer is also high end i7, 16GB RAM, 2.6 GHz CPU, so not sure why this is happening. JK AC 22839 |

You definitively do not want to use a global chart update of all of 10 ms. Change that to 500 ms or higher and just use no lower than maybe 50 ms or 100 milliseconds for charts or trading DOMs that you want to be faster updating.
