When you say SPX, do you mean mini S&P 500 futures?

We just want to be sure exactly what you need. Market depth is available for futures. The exchange that you had previously is:
CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account

This exchange fee does have market depth data.

Yes we did reply above.

We will be changing your Service Package to 11, today. That will then include the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The cost will be 46 USD per month plus exchange fees. You can find the cost of exchange fees here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)

What futures trading/brokerage service do you use? For the reason why we ask this question, refer to:

You are on Package 11 since you are getting data for the EUREX, which is part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed. In order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to be on package 10, 11, or 12.

What exactly are you looking for in terms of the FTSE data? Are you looking for data from the London Stock Exchange, or are you looking for the index itself, or a futures of the FTSE, or a CFD of the UK100?

The first thing to understand is that the CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account that can be verified by have you connect your Sierra Chart software to the account, in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. For more information on this, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

We are not familiar with IG Group and whether they support the trading services that we can connect to. They would need to have you setup to use either CQG or Rithmic for us to be able to verify your account with them. If they use their own order routing, then we will not be able to do this, in which case you would either need to open another account to verify your non-professional status, or you would need to pay the Professional exchange fees.

Let us know if you will be able to connect to your IG Group account and what order routing service they have you setup with, or if you just want to pay the professional fees. We can direct you from there.
