Live data stopped, then Sierra Chart not even open

Hi, I currently updated to new version and the sierra chart stopped receiving live data. The chart infor will come updated every time I close/reopen the program but wont go further. I have tried updating again, restarting my computer but now it wont even start. I just get a loading icon for a moment and then nothing. I have tried deleting and downloading again but same effect. Never done this before.

Tell us one of the symbols that is not updating. And then we need to see the Message Log.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Thanks for your response. It seems that my laptop setup does work now and the problem is on my PC now. I have reset the data feed, which does update to the latest price but it wont continue live. The quote board will stay at 0, registering no contracts traded. The symbol is ESH21-CME. I have sent the message log via the internal button. Thanks again.

For some reason we did not respond to this previously. Are you still noticing this? This sounds like a system level issue though.
