You need to connect to your Futures Trading Account in order to validate yourself as a Non-Professional to the CME Group. You have not done this in the past month, so today is the last day. Refer to the information here:

in a month or so i am going to start paying only once a month for charts instead of the 10 percent discount i am paying now ,i need some to call me with that also and i will write it down ,also other things ,thanks

The first thing that we want to point out is that your Denali Exchange Data Feed does not have any exchange(s) active. We see that you deactivated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange on February 24, 2021.

As such, you would be charged $20.00 on March 1, 2021, to renew the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you would not receive any data, since you would not have an active exchange. If you are wanting to change the exchange selection on March 1, 2021, then this makes sense.

Next, as to when a payment is due, the next payment (as noted above) will be on March 1, 2021 for $20.00. If you also activate an exchange at that time, then the cost for the exchange will come out at the time that you activate it.

Your Usage Time is set to renew on April 9, 2021. Therefore, you would not need to have funds in your account for the Usage Time until that date. You are setup to renew for Package 5 for 3 months at that time. If you want to change this, you can do so from this page:

You can make the change to the package you want to automatically renew at any time.
