Getting delayed data

Hello, I'm getting delayed data, it seems to be a few mins behind, please advise on what steps are needed to correct this? Thanks.

Attached screenshot, on the tab it says delayed as well. About 10 mins delay. Please advise asap, thanks.

You have not gone through an done all the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In particular, you have not properly filled out the Data Feed Agreements in order to qualify as a Non-Professional. You need to include your futures trading account information on those forms where it asks for it.

And then you have not activated an exchange.

Ok thanks will go through that.

Also is there a way for me to see two Chartbooks on one window? I have not been able to do that and can only switch between two Chartbooks, I would really like them both side by side in the same window, hope this makes sense and there is a solution for that?

In general, note that you can un-maximize the charts and move them around within the graphics area of the main window. You can also detach charts and move them around the entire monitor. Refer to the information here:

Hello John, Im having trouble trying to complete these forms. The Uniform subscriber form which asks for Futures trading account number, I do not have one, where do I locate that?

Also I was informed that I could get access to everything on the service package 5 but looks like I need additional subscription to get live data?

Apologies in advance for the inconvenience, just trying to get up and running and would like live data so I can start testing some strategies. Thanks.

You do not have to put that account number in. But you have to pay the much higher priced professional fees if you want CME Group data.

I have already paid the $36 for service package 5, I just want to access the live data for ES, Pound futures and other FX symbols, what else do I need exactly? Im getting two different stories from people already using the service package 5 and saying that is all that I need, please advise?

The CME will not allow you to have the data unless you pay the 115.50 USD/month CME exchange fee.

So we recommend opening a futures trading account with AMP for 100 USD. The documentation explains that.

Hi, I have an account with AMP, its funded, I also updated my account with Sierra to enable Denali data feed, signed the agreements and activated the service and exchanges and then followed instructions to connect my CQG Login info to Sierra charts but it does not seem to be working, please advise? as I am going round in circles and just want to get this setup

When connecting via the CQG Web API I am getting the message
'requested symbol was not found'.

Is there any issue or have I missed something?
