Dear SC,

I just saw "payment failed" with a click to "renew now" in my account control panel. I closed some memory-hogging Chrome tabs and now it shows everything is okay.

Also, I have a live trade open and just got this pop-up: "Connection error message from service SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Server has requested a logoff. Reason: DTC protocol server has been disabled | Date-Time: 2021-02-16 16:57:26". That concerns me after seeing the "TT Based Order Routing Service: TT Interruption" forum thread. The thread said Dorman is fine, which is what I use. I was able to get flat (according to SC), but will be calling Dorman to check.

SC's trade account data and and order entry page says: "Connected: False | Connection Failed - WebSocket error", so I just clicked to disconnect/reconnect the data feed. The action log shows "Requesting security definitions for symbol: undefined" and "connection closed".

Thanks.

Regarding this:
Reason: DTC protocol server has been disabled
The server has been re-enabled. You would have been transferred to a backup server anyway.

You definitely should be able to use the web-based trading panel now. If not, let us know.

Thank you for getting back so quickly. I couldn't reach Dorman or Stage5 tonight.

I'm still not 100% certain I'm flat. I switched over to server #1 and #3. The web-based trading panel doesn't show I'm connected but maybe I don't have access since I never requested access in the past.

I show this for server 1:
Server: Live SC Order Routing - Server1
Connected: False | Connection Failed - WebSocket error.

You do have access to the web-based trading panel. Did you try reloading the webpage?

You can look at your positions through the Trade Positions Window within Sierra Chart:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Positions Window

And then you can also change the server in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Primary Server and then reconnecting to the data feed after:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Thank you. I tried it in Firefox and that works okay.

I'm still getting an error in Chrome. To test, I opened a new window in incognito mode so there aren't caching issues. Attached is the error in Chrome for troubleshooting.

Also, when exactly should we use the "disconnect" button on the web trader?

Not sure why you are getting that error. The certificate is not expired.
