I was having trouble with your Denali Data subscription, and now I heard that I am forced to work with more expensive margin due to that I am subscribed to your data plan, and that I am not allowed to work with my broker original margins! So, Please cancel my Denali subscription as I am contacting my broker right now to switch back to CQG! Also, please advise on what I need to do within the platform to make sure that this transition will be done correctly without any kind of harm to my brokerage account! Thanks |

I was having trouble with your Denali Data subscription, This is not true at all. There is no problem at all with the Denali data feed.The Denali Exchange Data Feed is completely separate from the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service that you are making reference to. What you apparently are making reference to, is the Trading Technologies system in the background. And you definitely will want to keep the Denali Data Feed when using CQG. You can have your broker change you to CQG. But we do recommend staying with the Denali data feed which does work with CQG as well. If you do want to cancel the Denali Exchange Data Feed which we do not recommend, refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling an Exchange for the Denali Exchange Data Feed Users forget, why it is we say we do not recommend CQG. What we are referring to is CQG connectivity issues, and CQG data limitations and issues. You absolutely want to continue to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and it is a mistake to cancel. We are still very adamant to this very moment that we do not recommend CQG for data purposes. Order routing is fine. Not for data! Okay, I got it, so I will keep the Denali Data feed. And please cancel the TT Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. And I already submitted a request to my broker to subscribe back to CQG for data and order routing service. Also, please advise on what I need to do within the platform to make sure that this transition will be done correctly without any kind of harm to my brokerage account and my current charts setups! Thanks |

And please cancel the TT Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. You need to contact your broker to do that. There is nothing that needs to be done on the Sierra Chart side regarding this.Here are the CQG set up instructions.
