Hello, i tried to connect to my account this morning ans i couldn't load the chart. a red window appeared and i went to my account on internet and 2 more packages were added to my account. I have now 15 minutes of difference with the real time.
i haven't done anything for that. i have the eurex flux and the 2 added were denali. So what happened ? and what can i do to resolve the problem?
Also, a friend of mine that have exactly the same package as me has exactly the same problem.

Make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings>>Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

And then translate the symbols to the current service with Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Let us know if the problem is resolved. And have your friend do the same thing and contact us here if they still have a problem.

Hello, I had the exact same problem today. The denali flow has been added to me and the eurex OEBI has also been added to me. What should I keep to simply continue to have the eurex flow in real time ... and I see that on my platform a red message appears, what should I do .. The first thing you need to do is to update to the latest Pre-Release (v2230). You can update using these instructions:
