Hello, i tried to connect to my account this morning ans i couldn't load the chart. a red window appeared and i went to my account on internet and 2 more packages were added to my account. I have now 15 minutes of difference with the real time. i haven't done anything for that. i have the eurex flux and the 2 added were denali. So what happened ? and what can i do to resolve the problem? Also, a friend of mine that have exactly the same package as me has exactly the same problem. Thank you for your answer.
