Hi I recently noticed some "out of order timestamps detected...". It happens only on the continuous contract. When using the same front month there is no error on the exact same period. I deleted on the relevant data files and synched my clock but the problem persists. The feed is Denali and here is an example of today on the CL (2 screenshots + chartbook enclosed-by). Please advise. -- W. |

We would need to see the Message Log that includes the Timestamp errors. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

First you are using the old symbol format. You need to translate the symbols using the Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service command. This is essential.
