TT-AMP-SC Data Feed, Trade & Account Balance Errors

Daniel (Manager at AMP) asked me to create a support ticket here and he will be contacting you.

I've spent the morning working with AMP and Sivy at TT discussing grossly incorrect account balances in SC. For the last few hours my account balance has been off by $10K-$25K. Disconnecting/Reconnecting the feed, deleting the Account Balance data file, nothing updates it to the correct amount.

As noted in other threads, even in periods of low volatility and evening sessions account balances through TT are not accurate and many times grossly off. Eventually they update but eventually isn't good enough.

I know this isn't directly a SC issue, it's TT/AMP but it's absolutely DEADLY, how on earth can anyone trade with the combination of SC, SC Routing Service and TT/AMP?

Real or Virtual Account Balances, Positions, Margin, PnL has got to be a high priority as mentioned here.

BTW another oddity, during weekends (current and past) while doing reports I've noticed Account Balance --> Cash Balance & Available Funds report values from close of business on Thursdays...

This is something that is fully outside of our control. It does not help to post about these problems. They will go nowhere and there is no point in us saying anything further because we cannot say anything.

We will be releasing, our own direct CME order routing, when possible which will have its own account balance functionality.

My bad then... Daniel at AMP asked me to create a ticket here because he said they were working directly with you on fixing these very issues. I am using your premiere marketed service with Denali/SC order routing/TT and just posting relevant technical issues that I believed you all were working on.

This is not something we can fix but do use Server 4 or Server 1 for faster account balance updates:

Although we have asked TT for streaming account balance updates but as of yet that is not yet available.

One of the main things we are going to get out, is our own direct order routing as soon as reasonably possible.

Thanks for doing this. I've been testing this week and the data is updated more frequently and it's more accurate. It's not perfect but it's huge step in the right direction.

For SC or anyone else reading this AMP and TT (it's really TT's issue to fix) are looking at addressing next week.
