This is not something we can fix but do use Server 4 or Server 1 for faster account balance updates: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#ServerTable Although we have asked TT for streaming account balance updates but as of yet that is not yet available.
