I'm not sure why my data for a simple $VIX daily chart stopped printing as of 2020-08-31. I had not been paying attention to the particular Chartbook that contained $VIX chart until recently, but I see in "Chart Settings" that "Data Range in File" does, in fact, stop at 2020-08-31. Any attempt to reload receives empty screen and an "Error Executing Query"..."User not Qualified to enter Query". My combination of services: SC Level 5 annual/Denali Data/Funded account/Combo SC All Services (Data) non-professional exchange fees at $25 + $3.25 per month, I have always had $VIX daily charts before. Could you please inform me what I need to do/add to have real time $VIX once again?

There was a change from the Exchange that the daily data is no longer available for free. Refer to the information here:
Notice: Replacement for CBOE Indices Historical Daily Data

If you absolutely want the $VIX, then the only option is to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices exchange. Refer to the information here:

I am slightly confused. Even though my "Data/Trade Service Settings" is set to "SC Data-All Services[Data]", my "only option is to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed". Isn't that what I'm already using? Yes, I use Denali, but I guess I just haven't taken the time to parse through the difference between Denali and SC Exchange Data Feed. I DO understand that I need to add the CBOE Exchange Fee now after the changes referred to from Thread #57787. My goal is to subscribe to all SC recommended solutions to try to keep things simple and seemless, but I guess you are saying I need, somehow, to ADD SC Exchange Data Feed as a new recurring charge to what I already have IF I want to get $VIX data.(plus the CBOE fee as mentioned). So I would have two (2) data feeds just to have $VIX? Is that a correct understanding? I realize I can always just look up the VIX online, but just used to like having it in a Chartbook.

Yes, you have your information correct. Although we do give you a $10.00 USD refund per month when you are using both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:
