Log in sierra 2 instances and order routing

HI, today i downloaded Sierra on another computer and could not login with the same account and password and after reading the forum i realised that
it is not a Sierra issue but it is Cqg that doesn't allow this_ I read that i need 'Order routing' to solve this problem.
At the moment i am setup with Cme bundle paid to the affiliate Amp and i got already the Denali.
What would be the next step for me to get the Order Routing and to use 2 Sierra instances on 2 computers?

In order to switch over to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service you need to let AMP know that you want to make this change.

Then follow the Setup Instructions starting at Step #3 here:

Just be aware that if you are wanting to run both instances simultaneously and have the Real-Time data to both computers, then you will need to pay for a second set of Exchange fees. Refer to the information here:

Thank you, i just need to have sierra on two computers,
One on the 'Desktop Pc at home' and One 'when i Travel on Laptop',
hence i will Login, only from Laptop or only from Desktop Pc, never from both.
I got your link and it says to Fill the Request Form, however i will also contact Amp as you advised_
About the charges they would be the same as they are now? Reminding that i won't need double data feed_ The Symbol will also change i am assuming

You will need to ask AMP about the overall charges. The only item we can speak to is the $0.10 per side charge for Order Routing that we charge. This can be setup to be charged to your AMP account.

Yes, the symbol will change since you are using a different service. Once you change the service option in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings, it will ask you if you want to update your symbols, you should say "Yes". If you do not, or if you open another Chartbook later, you can always update symbols by selecting the option Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the information here:

Thank you sir, your answer always is precise and to the point.
Pls i only got one more question. I don't have any issues with sierra and all is so smooth fast and great,
but honestly i feel uncomfortable with Amp, with support often there are delays and mistakes, and being redirected from one chat to another...

Is there any way that users can use [Sierra/Broker/Clearing firm] in a smoother way?
Aside from my case wanting to have 2 instances and for all other future changes, is Sierra dealing
with some other brokerages with better integration and less paperwork? and of course still keeping the Denali as data feed...
If there are other ways i don't know pls advise_ Did researches in the forum but didnt find a solution yet_

This is not related to your question but you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. You need to update to the current version following these instructions:

Yes that was the first thing i did when i moved to the new computer
