There is a new method by which this is implemented. It is explained here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Exchange Traded Spreads

It will work with the symbols listed under File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-NYMEX (Realtime)

Exactly and yet no spread window. Please confirm you've tested on your end as I have not been able to generate the spread selection window for two days. The issue is related to subinstance. Spread window appears in main instance but not in the sub. Please experiment and test.

We are not having any problem with this ourselves.

Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log from the Sub-Instance:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

Try to get the Spreads Window by selecting the symbol and selecting the Get Spreads button. Tell us the symbol.

Provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Further I have two subinstances running and only one is problematic, sub instance 2 leading me to think there's something I HAVE INCORRECTLY set in this sub instance?

This is what we see in the log:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsForSameDevice = 2, NumCurrentConnectionsForSameDevice = 3 | 2020-12-29 12:17:08.733

This means the connection is going direct to the server and it is getting limited due to connectivity rules from exchanges. We will implement a solution in the next release.
