You need to enter your symbols as ?-NQTV. So for X, you would need to enter X-NQTV to get the data for the new NASDAQ feed.

Sorry, we did not see this earlier - you do not have the exchange activated. You need to activate the exchange at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNASDAQ#Exchanges

Unless you are wanting to get the delayed streaming data. If this is the case then let us know and again, ensure the symbol is entered as X-NQTV and SPY-NQTV.

No problem. Yes I did activate the NASDAQ US stock data $16.00. Do I have to activate the NASDAQ US stock data $85.00 too? I don't want pay a $85.00 monthly fee for a service.

You only need to activate the $16.00 exchange. But it is not activating for you as the Subscriber Agreement needs to be completed properly. It has been rejected because you have not entered your name for the signature. Please redo the agreement and enter your complete name where your signature is requested. You can access the agreement at the following link:

Give us about 1 hour after you complete the agreement to get it registered. Then you can activate the exchange.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

When I press Window + Message Log, the only window that appears is the one with (Message Log - Close - Edit - Send for Analysis). No Copy Log?

We cannot tell any problem from the Message Log. You should be getting the real-time data.

Yes that is correct. Go to your GE-NQTV chart and select Window >> Current Quote Window. Do you see updates in that window?

Hello, I signed up for NASDAQ agreement yesterday. I am already a Denali subscriber. I am using SC ALL Data Services under Data/Trade services for NASDAQ data. Can you please check why I am not getting real time feed?

I am using this on a secondary installation of Sierra Chart for NASDAQ data with settings shared above.

If you are getting data from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange on one computer, but not the other, then that is because you are only setup to get data to one system at a time. Refer to the following information about getting data to two different computers at the same time:

Otherwise, if this is not the case, then get us your Message Log from the system that is having the issue by following these instructions:
