Only 2 levels- MES- rithmic

Hi guys,

since few days I can only see 2 levels in the DOM and the chart limits. best bid and best ask. Dont know why.
Im a funded trader at MES and using rithmic.
Hope nothing is wrong with the bridge and the rithmic support? Im also using denaly.
Any suggestion?

You are not currently using the Denali data feed. That data is currently coming from Rithmic.

Well, why excactly Im listed as an professional? Thats not right. Im also using a non- prof. at MES?

From the perspective of Sierra Chart if you are using MES capital, because we cannot know whether that is a live account or not, that is not sufficient to authorize the CME data through the Denali exchange data feed. In this case, we recommend this solution:

If a trader is talking about MES of course he is trading with an live account.

Guys...its so complicated in the US. Jesus. :D

Ok, when we hear of MES Capital we associate that with One Up Trader and those are not necessarily live accounts.

Rather than throwing away money on professional fees to the exchange (where they only benefit), if you are not really technically a professional this is a good solution:

Im a 100% funded Trader with a 250k Dollar live Account, reached via one up and now managing this account via MES (Financiers).

I really need market depth levels in my TPO chart, at least about 50 levels. No matter and dont care wether its a pro feed or not.

I cant open an account via amp. They blocked me for making too muchmoney with a 600 Dollar account. (Years Ago)

Hey guys,

I have still problems with the feed. meanwhile Im doing a combine via oneup. Order routing (opening and close any order) does not work. Lost nearly 1000 dollar today. No hate but I have to fix this as soon as possible.
What feed do I need? Im not trading live. Oneup says they dont support sierra chart anymore. I say: No sierra no trading. So...what shall I do? Please help

You do not have any exchanges activated for your Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you just need to activate the exchange you want on this page:

The problem is that the CME Group requires the verification of a live, funded trading account. We (Sierra Chart) does this by having you make a connection to your trading account at least once a month (if you are not constantly connected). To do this, we require that you are using one of the Supported Services that we work with. You will find the list of services here:

The Combines generally do not count towards this requirement, as they are not live trading accounts.

Therefore, the question we need to ask is: do you have a live, funded, trading account and who is the trading provider?

nothing of the above mentioned. Im in the 250k dollar combine via "oneup trader". Using rithmic datafeed. Trading provider now: Oneup Trader. Later, after I succeed again: MES Capital. From this point on Im professional- I know.
But not now.

Just in case we should not reach an agreement here and today: Does it work for me, for my current needs when I choose the pro datafeed CME for about 110 dollar? then I book this without further negotiation.

Dont get me wrong guys...no matter what problems you guys have with rithmic- I cant and I wont change my trading platform. Sierra chart will always be the best to me. Worst case, I will need a realtime datafeed from denali and do my order routing via r trader.

So then you do NOT have a "live, funded trading account" according to the CME Group rules. Therefore, you cannot qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees.

Therefore, if you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will have to enable the Professional exchange(s). You can access what is available to you on this page:

Everything is fine. I didnt learn C+ to change my platform again. All my students want to use sierra chart too.
