The problem is that the CME Group requires the verification of a live, funded trading account. We (Sierra Chart) does this by having you make a connection to your trading account at least once a month (if you are not constantly connected). To do this, we require that you are using one of the Supported Services that we work with. You will find the list of services here: Supported Data and Trading Services: Supported Services The Combines generally do not count towards this requirement, as they are not live trading accounts. Therefore, the question we need to ask is: do you have a live, funded, trading account and who is the trading provider?
