Hi there, I wanted to upgrade sierra chart data from 250 symbol to 500, so yesterday i deactivated my 250 data and this morning I got the 500 symbol data, but my data stopped updating (chart not moving) after getting the new data, I've tried restarting sierra chart, restarting computer, switching trading service to sierra chart then back to IB, and the data still doesn't work. it keeps saying historical download complete, but intraday chart doesn't update. Could you please help me with it? Thanks in advance!

Everything looks good in terms of your setup. The first thing is to make sure you are getting data in your primary instance. Make sure that is working first before going to your sub-instances. And the first thing to do is to use the Forced Login option to make sure that your system is getting the right information on your account settings from the server. Refer to these instructions:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login

If you are still having a problem after that, then please get us your Message Log following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We do see a problem related to this on your account. We are looking into it now. We do apologize for this. It has to do with the background market data authorization from our data provider Barchart. Very sorry about this trouble. It should not happen. The horrible problems that Barchart causes us and the issues for users is completely and totally unacceptable. Really just terrible.

We are working gradually on offering our own data feeds to replace Barchart. US equities data is one of them. This is part of our new upcoming NASDAQ data feed.
