Everything looks good in terms of your setup. The first thing is to make sure you are getting data in your primary instance. Make sure that is working first before going to your sub-instances. And the first thing to do is to use the Forced Login option to make sure that your system is getting the right information on your account settings from the server. Refer to these instructions: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login If you are still having a problem after that, then please get us your Message Log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
