Been using SC/Infinity for 10yrs, using Infinity 5.7.03 and upgraded SC from 2159 to 2188 yesterday, having huge problem since upgrading with orders hanging or not getting filled. I use simple bracket orders via chart trade DOM, and when a target is reached and filled, the protective stop order is remaining on the chart DOM and actual chart, hitting “flatten” or “cancel all” doesn’t make it go away, have to reboot Infinity/SC to make it go away. Also, a protective stop order was hit, price kept going right through it for multiple points, multiple times hitting “cancel” and “flatten” did not work, took a large loss. I can’t remember ever not having a protective stop loss order not working at all (obviously we all get slipped a couple of ticks here and there, but not total failure). Infinity said this is a SC issue and not theirs. Should I roll back to v2159? thanks

We need the information requested here to look at what the cause is:
Trade Activity Log Analysis: Support Assisted Trade Activity Log Analysis

We also want you to update to the current version:

in the unlikely case the issue is due to what we describe here:
Notice: Stability Issue Affecting 2188 through 2190 Related to Compression

Based on your description we do not think the above linked issue was the source of the problem.
