Denali Live Feed Freezing - Have to manually disconnect and reconnect

My Denali feed has started acting up over the past month. A few times a session the feed will freeze. The chart and DOM both get stuck at a price along with the ask/bid amounts never changing. I can manually disconnect and reconnect and that usually fixes the issue quickly, however this is not ideal. The charts I have open at the time are CL, ES, and MES.

The message log does not pop up when the feed freezes. Many times I do not see any errors in the log, but sometimes I do see this one:
DTC Client socket (2) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2020-10-22 11:31:15.572 *
DTC Client socket (3) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. | 2020-10-22 11:31:25.763 *

I can send a message log if that will help to figure this out.

This is due to connectivity problems on your side. So it is your Internet connection with Comcast. We have had several reports of users having difficulty with Comcast in California.

However, there are some things we have done to help with things like this, possibly.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

This is essential.

And then follow the instructions in this section here:
Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds (4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds)

Only use Standard real-time compression and not high compression. But it is essential to use compression.

Only use Standard real-time compression and not high compression.

Is this still true?

As a price action trader, looking at how the candles move is crucial to me which is why I need to set Remote Buffer Delay Send Time in Milliseconds to the lowest setting (20ms) and also the Chart Update Interval to 20ms.

Does setting compression to High instead of Standard have any effect on this?
