Make sure you are not looking at a Daily chart, as the Numbers Bars study does not work with Daily Historical data.

Also, make sure that your Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is 1 Tick. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

If you are continuing to have a problem, then please include a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can understand the issue.

This is very odd, as everything looks fine when we open the chart. But looking at the image again, we notice that even the Numbers Bars Calculated Values are not showing any data. We really have no idea why this is happening, as you are getting the data feed just fine.

Can you please start a new chart and just use the ES for the symbol, do not use a Trade and Current Quote symbol. And just add the Numbers Bars Calculated Values to the chart with the default subgraph on (Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference). Then take a screenshot of that chart and let's see if you are getting the Bid and Ask data properly there.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

After that:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Please let us know if the issue is resolved. If not we need to get more information:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Open a new Intraday chart.

Reset the Numbers Bars study to default:
Chart Studies: Resetting Default Study Settings For an Individual Study

And then add the Numbers Bars study to the chart without any modification and then check to see if you still have the issue.

If so post an image of the chart by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage

Increase the chart bar spacing significantly before taking the chart image so it is easier to see each column.
