Can you help me understand why the subscription for real data on equity has been going on and off. I have paid for renewal up till the end of October and not sure why this is happening. It is frustrating to be paying for a service and not getting value for it.

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds renew on a monthly basis, specifically they renew at the beginning of the new month. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account prior to that time to allow us to automatically renew the data feed. If you do not have enough funds in your account, then the data feed is canceled.

This is what occurred this last time. There were insufficient funds in your account when the new month began and you then added funds later. The data feed had been deactivated, therefore you needed to reactivate it here:

All you need to do is ensure that you have enough funds in your account to cover the costs at the time they are due, and your services will automatically renew.

I am not sure why this is not working. I have reactivated and the current subscription is to renew on November 1, 20202. Why is this not working. It is already middle of the month and this is not working.

Your account is all in good standing and the data feed is properly setup.

Are you saying that you are not getting Real-Time data for an equity symbol?

If so, then attach your Message Log following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
