Hello, I recently reset my account and I go through AMP futures. Somehow, when I did that, my charts are not populating with data. There seems to be an error code related to chart symbol and some other things.

Make sure the symbols of the charts are correct. Use this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

If you still need help we need to see the Message Log.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

The error codes are:
Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol info. (corresponding to ID=1) are not allowed.

Download fail. Error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.SPZ20

Okay, thanks again.

I can see the price on the right that highlights in the little green box moving up and down with the green dash line revealing current price. However, on my footprint charts, none of the numbers of trades of the buy / sell at each level are populating. So, no numbers are showing up on the footprint.

Also, my tpo charts are not revealing anything.

Another question.

How does one allow to move a chart to another computer monitor. Mine are all stuck on one.

In regards to post #5 you need to be using the Advanced Service package. Since your account is through a broker you need to contact them to change to the Advanced Service package.
