Yesterday around 8:00 I made a buy order with 2 lots at 3281 with a stop loss at 3278! When I came back to my screen and to my surprise my Stop loss din't get filled until it hit 3268! This has caused a loss of over $1300. This is the second time that this has happened! I let it pass back in January but this can't happen! This greatly reflect negatively on your credibility and as i'm sure you well know this business is all about credibility to your clients and customers.

I'm sure to preserve your credibility and stature you will refund and correct the problem.

Please move forward to remedying the problem ASAP.

Regards

We need the information requested here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradeActivityLogAnalysis.php#SupportAssistedTradeActivityLogAnalysis

We need the trade activity log file and all of the precise information requested, otherwise we cannot help.

And also we strongly advise moving off of CQG and onto the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php

Also make sure you are not using any "client-side" managed stop orders:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/OrderTypes.html

Also for the record, there is next to no chance we would find anything to correct or identify any problem on the Sierra Chart side. We will provide an explanation of what happened.
