We assume that you are saying that you are not getting real-time data. The main reason for this is that you have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have only activated the feed itself, but you need to complete the agreements and then select the exchanges that you want.

Start here in the Setup Instructions and follow through them:

Also, be aware of the requirements of the CME Group that you need to have a funded trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional rates for their exchanges. Refer to the information here:
