I don't have any RTY data this morning. I have ES, but no RTY. What's wrong??

Correction.
Apparently it wasn't the feed, but instead all of my RTY charts went bad at the same time.

Can you tell me why this happens? It has happened before. Looks like i just stop receiving data.

I have to rebuild the charts now, but i'm going to lose any notes and drawings in these charts.

How can I avoid this?

So a little more background:

I'm running two instances of SC. One handles the ES, the other handles RTY. My ES instance is fine. And i can duplicate one of my ES charts, change it to RTY, and it seems fine.

However, on the RTY instance, I have no current RTY feed. I can delete and download data and it will update to that current point, but will not bring in continuous data.

I opened a new chartbook and tried creating a new chart from scratch and I get the same result. It updates to that point, but no new data after that.

How do I correct this?

First, we want to make sure we understand the situation and we need to know whether the 2 instances of Sierra Chart are on the same computer or on different computers? If they are on different computers, then the problem is that you are not licensed to receive the Denali Exchange Data Feed on two different computers at the same time. Refer to the information here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

If they are on the same computer, then we would need to see the Message Log from that second instance. Follow these instructions to post the Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

They are on the same computer.

I sent the message log with a note "Requested by John".

I can see in the log what you're likely looking for.
"Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentyDevices = 2 | 2020-08-31 09:28:10.329"

I only have one machine. Both instances are running on one machine.

When I performed the Disconnect/Reconnect I see the same error on the message log.
