Waiting to Download Historical Data Crashes

Since this morning Sierra chart stuck while "Waiting to Download Historical Data".
The program does not continue. Even after 10 minutes there is no reaction.
At the end i click at the screen and windows show the "no reaction" message.
In the meanwhile i updated to the current version but nothing has changed.

Sounds like there is some performance issue based upon your Sierra Chart configuration. Refer to:

Hello,
as nothing so far worked, i started to rebuild the certain chartbook that crashes.
Therefore i opened up another chartbook (Instrument EuroStoxx) that is working fine. I copied all chartbooks into a new one.
I changed the Instrument to the one that i had in the chartbook that is not working anymore (BundFuture) (topic of this problem)
No i can load the historical data. The green info message "complete download" appears.
I can also load the intraday data. All the Bars then appear on the different screen. But...
Now the problem as before appearing again: if i click on the screens, sierra crashes and windows says "no response from sierra chart"
I am looking forward for your advanced help.
By the way..
I reduced the intraday chart to download to 180 days and i deleted all old, not needed studies. Additionally i deleted
charts within the chartbook i do not need anymore. The Problem continues. I have not changed anything til this problem occured.
It just wont work with this certain market anymore. (FGBL)

And also there can be no doubt, that by going through the items in help topic 30, you will be able to improve performance. Clearly there is some kind of performance issue. We are not going to know specifically where that is. You need to go through all of those items.

Would be best to start with a completely new Chartbook and just one chart and gradually build up your configuration from there.

This is not clear for us but it sounds like you may be missing historical data. If so, refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart (Applies to historical Intraday data)

Hello, I setup the chartbook new. Now it works again. I could not find out what the problem was. Anyway it functions again after rebuilding it completely.
As it was a lot of work (what is not good) i still do not know why the complete same studies can be loaded in another instrument and work fine, but did not work with the other instrument anymore.
