Account Balance Doesn't Match

For a client on the Sierra Order Routing service, the client's account balance displayed in Sierra hasn't been matching his actual balance for the past few days. Everything looks ok to me on the TT side, do you know why these wouldn't match and what I need to do to fix it? Screenshots are attached displaying the discrepancy.

We just cannot help with this. We have no control over this or any insight into how this works beyond the queries our server makes to TT for the information. The information will update slowly and we have seen inaccuracies, and there is nothing more we can do.

We hope to get our CME order routing out as soon as possible.

I'm having TT support look into this as the customer is still experiencing issues, and they had the following question about Sierra's query process: "Do they use a REST call to get the daily credit limit? I wonder if they could send over the logs from this call? Maybe it's failing for some reason."

Are you able to provide the logs they're looking for?

Yes we use REST to get the credit utilization data. We highly doubt the request is failing. If it were failing the values would show as zero and no one would see any nonzero account balance related values.

At this point we should just remove TT account balance data. And just say the service does not offer it. We just have to decline further help in this regard.

This is going to be an endless problem.

The simple fact is the service does not offer reliable account balance data. Just consider it completely unsupported.
