I'm having TT support look into this as the customer is still experiencing issues, and they had the following question about Sierra's query process: "Do they use a REST call to get the daily credit limit? I wonder if they could send over the logs from this call? Maybe it's failing for some reason."

Are you able to provide the logs they're looking for?
