For a client on the Sierra Order Routing service, the client's account balance displayed in Sierra hasn't been matching his actual balance for the past few days. Everything looks ok to me on the TT side, do you know why these wouldn't match and what I need to do to fix it? Screenshots are attached displaying the discrepancy.
