please remove TTFIX connection from my account. I tried logging in to CQG using my user name and password wich was provided by my broker from Dorman. it did not work ,and now im locked out of CQG.... What to do??

We do not show that you were ever using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, so we do not know what the reference to TT Fix is about. There is nothing there for us to remove.

The most likely reason for an issue with CQG is an incorrect username or password. But you can attach your Message Log here for us to look through and see what the specific message is. Follow these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
