I have a sierra chart pack. 3 AMP futures-Rythmic, but there is no historical bid-ask. On this page is information that only Total Members Optimus Futures are ask-bid history. (exact) https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/Rithmic.php To buy Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Futures Data Feed, I assume Direct Account? If so, well I calculate fees? Yes, this is a correct understanding. You pay for package 3 at 27USD/per month before discount. You get a discount for multiple months. + 35 USD a month for the data feed.

Only the CME. EUREX and ICE are extra. Currently the EUREX exchange fee is about 31.5 and ICE is about 95 USD a month. The EUREX exchange fee will be less starting sometime in February. I understand that when you buy Sierra + Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Futures Data Feed, it'll have historical bid-ask Volume for CME + data from my broker AMP-Rithmic without ask-bid volume Historical

Yes. This is correct. For any symbol the Sierra Chart data feed does not support, or if you do not pay the exchange fee for it, you will automatically receive data from your brokers data feed.
