Denali + Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Hello, I tried researching this in advance, however it was not clear to me if I could use both the Denali feed and the Exchange Data Feed at the same time - do I need a separate Sierra Chart account, or can I activate both on my account? For example: I just want CME data, and U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS) Is it as easy as just activating the $35 per month (100 symbols) Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and addin the $10.50 for U.S. Equities? Yes, it is as you state. You already have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active, so you would need to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the U.S. Equities exchange. Are any plans to provide market depth for equities on the horizon? You've done an excellent job with the Denali feed, I must say!

I have activated the feed and have been able to pull up symbols. It does not look like the charts are updating, however. Does this feed show pre market activity?

The answer is no to post #3. This is far too expensive. You should be receiving real-time data for US equities. Tell us one symbol that is not receiving real-time data and follow the instructions below. Does this feed show pre market activity? Yes. Everything is fine - the feed worked great all day. No pre market data was probably due to the fact that the session start time was set to 9:30. I appreciate your efforts.

SC Engineering: Regarding post #3, does this mean there are no plans for Level 2 (full market depth) for US equities? If this is a cost issue, could you limit it to only a few symbols at a time that could get full depth at the same time? (just an idea) Thanks |
