Sorry to be pain, but how simple would it be for me to switch feeds during a trading session? Would I have to go to server settings to switch feeds, to move from CME to EUREX products? Would it be possible for me to have say DAX, EUROSTXX and DOW and WTI on NYMEx all in realtime at the same time? One more question. How much is the additional SC feed for this before the rebate? You do not need to switch Data services in any way. That would not make sense. You can get the data for both the CME Group and the EUREX at the same time. You just have to enable both the Denali Exchange Data Feed (for the CME Group) and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (for the EUREX). I think I have activated the Eurx exchange. The realtime connection is not yet enabled however. So I can load the data on eurx products, but not live ladder date as of yet. When this is enabled, Is it possible to access a sim with realtime data on another laptop? Many thanks for bearing with me. Much appreciated. Tim |

You should definitely be receiving the real-time EUREX data at this time. You can access the data on as many systems as you want, but only one system at a time. The monthly costs are correct. I should be getting a free month on Eurx though, but it has billed me. Baarchart told me they were switching on the free one for the month. Can I get a refund as it seems it has charged on here. Thanks |

We do not see any billing on your account for the EUREX exchange fee. There is certainly a billing for the $25 real-time connection.
