Sorry to be pain, but how simple would it be for me to switch feeds during a trading session? Would I have to go to server settings to switch feeds, to move from CME to EUREX products? Would it be possible for me to have say DAX, EUROSTXX and DOW and WTI on NYMEx all in realtime at the same time? One more question. How much is the additional SC feed for this before the rebate?
