May I know why my order entry was rejected? It indicates "no available exchange connection". Could you advise?

This is quite unusual. We are not observing that rejection when trading that symbol over TT.

Reconnect to the data feed:

I realized it is now back to normal. But because of the issue, I totally missed the opportunity. At that moment, I did try to disconnect and reconnect but it did not work. Was wondering if TT has disconnected my account to fix the other issue. Seeing many issues since I started using SC and order routing...I hope SC or TT seriously look into my account setup and connection to figure out why all these are happening to my account.

We really do not know what to say about this. That error message comes from TT. As long as the market was open for the symbol being traded, you should not have received that error.

Could you raise this to TT again to make them aware of the issue and take any appropriate action? I was so disappointed with this but I know this is not caused by SC software. How do I prevent this from happening again?

What was the date and time of the order including time zone and also the symbol.
