I realized it is now back to normal. But because of the issue, I totally missed the opportunity. At that moment, I did try to disconnect and reconnect but it did not work. Was wondering if TT has disconnected my account to fix the other issue. Seeing many issues since I started using SC and order routing...I hope SC or TT seriously look into my account setup and connection to figure out why all these are happening to my account.
