I am able to see data in one computer but not in this one after I disconnect the other one. It's green and connected but the demo forex and the S&P don't update. Also, it doesn't recognize the CQG S & P symbol even when I change it. It was an expired demo and I wonder if there is a conflict with the changed credentials?

So do you just have a CQG demo account? That is not supported by Sierra Chart.

Not anymore. I don't know why Sierra don't support CQG demos instead of only offering free 10 min delays. Also, you could offer facsimile European live feed instead of CME, if price is an issue. I responded from the software. So can you now delete this account and replace it with my live now that is showing, so I can use it in this other computer. I get there is no data updates. I get symbol is unknown and download error messages. Also, how does your demo work in another computer? It says to install the software in another PC, if you want to demo? I guess only with your data or any data provider?

We have absolutely no idea what you are referring to or where you are getting this from. And we also do not understand the purpose of these statements either.

Regarding the issue of not receiving real-time data and historical data errors.:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
