Dear Support

I realise that you've written extensively on the goals for Denali Exchange Data feed etc. however I'd be grateful for a short answer to the following.

I am quite happy to minimally fund and AMP Trading Account as suggested (assuming they will do this) with the goal of obtaining All CME (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX) data; FX; CFD as well as "ICE" futures.

Please can you advise me of the best solution for a non-professional trader given the changes that are occurring.

Many thanks.

First, if you already have a trading account with a broker that supports one of the services that Sierra Chart works with, then you do not need to fund the account with AMP in order to get the lower-priced CME fees. Refer to the list of supported services here:
Supported Data and Trading Services

If you do not have an account with one of the supported services, then we would recommend using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

If you just want to use Sierra Chart for charting and you will not be trading directly from it, then you can use the Easy Solution to fund an account to qualify for the lower priced CME fees. Refer to the information on this solution here:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Once you have that worked out, then you would want to activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get the data for the CME Group. You will then need to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed in order to get the ICE data. FX and CFD data is included with your Sierra Chart package.

Refer to the information here for the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

And refer to the information here for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Also note that in any month where you are using both the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you will receive a $12.00 USD credit to your account to offset the total cost of using both feeds.

That's really helpful.

So am I right in thinking that I would activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group Companies in all instances as it's not included in the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and then select Euronext, ICE and other Supported Exchanges, via the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed options?

The reason I ask is that the information states "Note that if you only require data from CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and/or COMEX, then activate the new Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data. This is a new data feed providing a lower cost, supporting 2 simultaneous connections and no symbol limits." which was confusing as I want it as well as Euronext and ICE etc. but cannot see it listed in the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed table.

Many thanks

You have your information correct. You would enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the CME Exchange(s) you want, then you would also enable the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Euronext and ICE exchanges there.
