You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the CME Group of exchanges. You will find the Setup Instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

Since you are also using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you will receive a $12.00 USD credit to your Sierra Chart account in any month in which you are using both data feeds (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed).

1. What are the different between Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Services and Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services?

2. If I join the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME non-market dept, that means I need to pay 20/25USD + 3.25USD = 23.25 or 28.25USD per month? And then, you will refund 12USD per month?

3. Should I need to pay 41USD for HKFE data fee and connection fee plus 23.25 or 28.25 USD for Denali Exchange data feed for CME data feed, if I use both data feeds (HKFE and CME)?

1. The difference between the two options is that you would select the one for "Denali Exchange Data Feed with for SC Order Routing Service" if you are using the SC Order Routing Service. If you are not using the SC Order Routing Service, then you select the "Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services".

You are not using the SC Order Routing Services, so you would need to select the option for "Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services".

You will find more information on the SC Order Routing Service here:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

2. The Denali Exchange Data Feed with the exchange you referenced would be $28.25 USD per month. You would only get the $12.00 USD credit if you have both the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active in that month.

3. Yes, if you are wanting to continue to get data from the HKFE, then you need to continue to pay the $41.00 USD for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You would then add the $28.25 USD per month for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and then you would get the $12.00 USD per month credit to your account for having both data feeds active.
